Privacy Policy

• Account info: your name and email when you sign up.
• Your content: goals, milestones, tasks, habits, check-ins, and notes you add to the app.
• Usage data: basic device and app-event data (e.g. crashes, feature use) to keep Nova reliable.
• Subscription status: whether your trial or subscription is active, managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never receive your full payment details.

• Provide core features — authentication, syncing your goals and habits across devices.
• Generate personalized roadmaps, coaching prompts, and momentum insights.
• Maintain your subscription and process trial conversions.
• Improve the app, debug issues, and respond to support requests.

• Supabase — authentication and encrypted storage of your account and app data.
• RevenueCat — manages your subscription state in coordination with Apple's App Store.
• OpenAI — powers AI coaching. Your prompts and relevant context are sent to OpenAI to generate responses. We do not allow OpenAI to use this data to train their models.

Each provider acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound by their own privacy commitments.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your private goals or notes for advertising.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing support@trynovaos.com. On deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll help — there is no fee.

Nova is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as Nova evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
