Nova is a productivity tool designed to help you set goals, build habits, and track progress. You may use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for any information you enter into the app and for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you add to Nova, including goals, tasks, habits, and notes. Nova is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on your use of the app. We recommend you back up important data and not rely on Nova as the only record of critical information.

Nova may update, modify, or remove features at any time without notice. We continually improve the app, and some functionality may change, be replaced, or discontinued as Nova evolves.

Nova offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $7.99 per month unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. No refunds are provided for any portion of the billing period already charged.

Nova is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

All content, branding, code, and designs within Nova are owned by the Nova team or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nova at any time if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nova after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
